Creating the
Slides:
Each page you create is a different slide. You
should create all your slides/pages first then program it. You can
always go back and edit the slides.
- Open up AppleWorks "Drawing"
program.
- Pull down the "format" menu and choose
"Document."
- In the "size" box, for number of
"pages down;" type in how many slides you want (you can
come back here to add or subtract pages later)
- Pull down the "Window" menu and choose
"Page View."
- Create your first slide (page 1) using text,
graphics, clip art, color, backgrounds, etc.
- See drawing
tools for explanation of use. Remember
that graphics and text can be layered.
- For slide backgrounds, you can draw a big box
and fill it in with any color or fill.
- Once you have page 1 created, you are ready to
create page 2 (slide 2).
- Scroll down to next page and
continue.
