state in the form of a webpage, using HTML. This is a report, so your
going to need to do research and writing. Use the good webpage rules
you have learned. Be complete in your presentation.
Name the folder: states.htm
Use pictures, maps, flags, links to other webpages, tables, lists, internal links, organization, etc.
