and Payment Schedule

Billing statements will be sent to those students on the confirmed trip list only.  Once a student moves to the confirmed trip list from the wait list, World Expeditions will mail a billing statement.  Also, deposit checks will not be cashed until students move to the confirmed trip list.

Full refunds are available if vacancies can be filled (We have a long wait list, so you should receive a full refund).  To request a refund, simply write to World Expeditions explaining the reason(s) your son/daughter is no longer on the trip (scheduling conflicts, grades, behavior, etc.), and World Expeditions will send you a reimbursement check.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

Deposit                  $150            Oct. 12, 2007               Cancel fee is $150

First Payment         $550             Nov. 16, 2007             Cancel fee is $150

Second Payment     $550            Feb. 12, 2008               Cancel fee is $200

*Final Payment        $795            Apr 4,   2008              Cancel fee is $350 plus airfare

*All fundraising completed through the school (Buick Invitational, Marie Calendar's, Sees Candies) will be credited to the final payment.  You will receive a statement of your balance due approx. 7-10 business days before each payment is due.

PLEASE NOTE:  You may choose to make the full payment  $2045 at once, but please notice the dates of the cancel fees.
