Lewis Middle School Mission Statement
Our mission is to provide students with a Comprehensive
Guidance Program. It is our belief that counseling is as crucial to
education as the classroom experience. Our approach is results-based. We
will meet the needs of all students, by providing a preventative, wellness
oriented, proactive form of counseling. The contemporary developmental
middle school counselor is curriculum and program oriented, is available
to all, and is knowledgeable and competent to teach life skills to every
student in the school regardless of race, religion, gender or creed.
