Enrollment for 2010-11 Thursday, August 26, 2010, Friday, August 27, 2010, and Tuesday, August 31, 2010, from 8:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. [Please be here by 10:15 A.M., as it may take up to an hour.] we will be enrolling resident students who have not pre-enrolled by June 25, 2010. (If your child attends one of our feeder schools - Marvin, Hearst, Foster, etc.- articulation cards have already been filled out for Lewis at those schools.) You will need to bring proof of your residency, an immunization record and a recent report card. (1) Proof of your residency: Your most recent SDG&E bill, water/sewer bill or cable bill. Also acceptable: a signed copy of your lease, recent documents mailed to you from Social Services and military housing orders. (2) Immunization record. (3) Copy of recent report card. (4) Information such as emergency contact telephone numbers, IEP's for Special Education, student elective choices, state test scores, GATE identification letter & any other information that would aid us in correct placement of your child.
