2008-09 Profile Reports and Comparisons now Available on Ed-Data
You can now access the latest school, district, county, and state profile data as well as information on special programs and English learners on the Ed-Data website.
The Ed-Data Profile Reports provide details on the type of school, enrollment, technology, student demographics and special needs, teacher credentials and much more.
If you want the big picture, the state profile offers a wealth of information such as the total number and type of schools in California, statewide enrollment figures, and student and teacher ethnicities, to name just a few. Countywide profiles provide the same information at the county level.

Pick a school or district and compare it to similar schools or districts, to the highest or lowest schools and districts on a given indicator, or create your own list of schools or districts to compare school and student characteristics, staffing, and performance.
What's Next?
Watch for 2008-09 teacher salary data and school bond and parcel tax election results for the rest of 2009 to be released early next year.
